Eurodealer Parts provides on-route* technical assistance with a dedicated Mobile Service Workshop for trucks and trailers to ensure the urgent repair of your vehicle!
We operate 3 mobile workshops equipped according to European standards, capable of solving issues with the engine, gearbox, pneumatic system, braking system, and more.
The cost for mobile workshop travel and repair is determined based on the nature of the fault, required parts, and travel distance. For round trips exceeding 800 km, a discount is offered.
The mobile workshop is sent to you only after a prior discussion with the service team over the phone, and payment must be done in advance based on a proforma invoice or an estimated quote (exceptions apply only to contract clients!). Service is provided exclusively for cases where the vehicle is immobilized and cannot be moved. For situations where the vehicle is mobile and can be brought to our workshop, diagnostics, repairs, or other operations can only be performed at our workshop in Militari-Bucharest.
Please note: The workshop is NOT available 24/24! Interventions after 5:30 PM or during weekends are possible but will incur an extra-time fee!
